The Adverts - Safety In Numbers

On this date in 1977, The Adverts released their fourth single, "Safety In Numbers". It was backed by "We Who Wait". The A side appeared on their debut album, Crossing The Red Sea With The Adverts. The B dside did not but it was added as a bonus track when the album was re-released on CD. The Adverts were one of the original U.K. punk bands. The broke up in 1980.
